All registered ATMCO Model LB-100 DIN rail cutters are warranted against defects in materials & workmanship, under normal use and when used in accordance with good standard practice, for a period of (1) year from date of shipment from ATMCO.  

ATMCO has the obligation, under this limited warranty, to repair or replace, at our option, any part which is determined by ATMCO to be defective. Defective items must be returned, without charge, F.O.B. factory.

ATMCO will not honor any warranty nor be responsible for damage or wear caused by neglect or misuse.  ATMCO will not be responsible for labor charges or any other expense incurred as the result of any defective part (s).  ATMCO will not make allowance for labor, transportation or any charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective part (s).

All warranties and guarantees therein set forth are made by us and accepted by you in lieu of all statutory or implied warranties or guarantees, other than title.  There are no warranties that extend beyond those described in this agreement.  No other warranty, express or implied is authorized or applicable to ATMCO

ATMCO assumes no responsibility for compliance with any regulations, codes, standards or ordinances applicable to installation, location, operation or maintenance of its products.

ANY MODIFICATION TO THE ATMCO MODEL LB-100 DIN RAIL CUTTER WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY
